«I was born in Havana, Cuba, and at the age of five, I moved to Caserta, a city near Naples. I enrolled in one of Italy’s top pizza-making schools and loved it.

I began traveling, expanding my experience in the pizza industry with inspiration from all over the world. I arrived in Norway in 2016 where I opened a highly successful Italian restaurant In Stavanger.»
